Benjamin Maxwell Phillips “Max” 39, of Southaven, MS passed away on March 19th 2022. Max was born April 16th 1982 in Nashville, TN. He was loved by so many. He is survived by his mother Georgann Phillips of Southaven, MS; his daughter Kassidy Phillips of Southaven, MS; his aunts Lisa Strawn, Barbara Campbell, Debrah Wagner; his niece Nicole Barmer and his nephew Justin Low.
Max was preceded in death by his father Joel B Phillips of Memphis, TN; sister Christy M Low of Southaven, MS; as well as his grandparents Bee and Betty Phillips of Memphis, TN; Marcia Hubbard and Robert Lucas.
If you knew Max you knew of his love for his Mom and Kassidy, his friends and his love of working on and racing his Hondas. He had a big heart for those he loved. He was always the life of the party and loved to make everyone laugh. He will be so deeply missed by so many.
There will be a celebration of life ceremony in the near future. Once planned we will announce the date, time, and location.
